The majority of issues relating to computers can usually be diganosed and repaired remotely, meaning we can respond to your fault sooner rather than later meaning that costs are reduced for both the customer and us.
We have a remote support tool available which can perform a healthcheck on your computer whilst we are working on it remotely. This will assist us in diagnosing any faults which could be related to the particular issue with your computer. This tool; whilst installed on your machine; will allow us remote access to control your computer, make adjustments and repair the fault interfering with your day to day activities.
If you have an activate maintenance contract with Hooper Technical Solutions, we will already have this agent installed on your computer. We will be alerted to any potential issues on your computer which could affect the day to day use on your machine.
Remote Support Sessions are charged on a per session per hour basis. Sessions are charged on a per hour or part thereof basis.
