The majority of issues relating to computers can usually be diagnosed and repaired remotely, meaning we can respond to your fault faster which results in reduced costs for us and a faster response time for you.

We have a remote support tool which is able to perform a health check on your computer whilst we are working on it remotely. This will assist us in diagnosing any faults which could be related to a specific fault with your computer.

This tool; whilst installed on your machine; will allow us to remotely control your computer, make any necessary adjustments and repair the fault interfering with your day to day activities.

Remote support sessions are charged on a per session per hour basis. Seesons are charged on a per hour or part thereof basis.
