Before an Openreach engineer is called out to investigate a line fault, please perform the following checks on site and see if these checks resolve your issue. You may need tools depending on your equipment on site. Depending on what is required, we will tell you what you will need.
If an Openreach engineer is call out and the fault is found to be internal, then the visit will be chargeable at the agreed call out rate.
